You have an owner for two small parts of the day, morning and night. They leave for work, and you’re left wondering if you did something wrong to make them go/if they are ever coming back.
I was waiting for my best friend to come back, waiting for bros before hoes to kick in but it didn’t.
Puppy is a reflection upon my mistakes and my acceptance that I did my best. I had to learn some lessons the hard way, take a few rolled-up newspapers to the nose and excrete my emotions into a song. I felt like a puppy; here’s a song about it.
